Client Service Clerck (NOC: 64409)
Number of Positions Available: 1
Term of Employment: Permanent Position, 35 to 40 hours per week – Overtime Available
Location of Work: Coal Mine Campground & Canteen, Klondike Hwy, Carmacks, YT Y0B 1C0
Wage: $26.00 per Hour
Language Requirements: English
Responsibilities
- Provide information to customers and the public regarding goods, services, schedules, rates, regulations, and policies in response to telephone and in-person inquiries.
- Address and investigate customer complaints concerning services and goods.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and credits in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure professional and courteous customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
- On-the-job training specific to campground services, customer service procedures, and retail operations will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
