We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Team Member to join our growing practice. At Pine Dental Clinic, our front-office team plays a critical role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for a variety of essential duties, including:

  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
  • Welcoming and checking patients in and out of the clinic
  • Processing payments, including credit card, debit card, and cash transactions
  • Submitting insurance claims and supporting patients with insurance-related documentation
  • Managing patient records and maintaining accurate administrative files
  • Receiving and tracking dental laboratory cases
  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborating with dentists, hygienists, and fellow team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supporting the daily operations of a busy and dynamic dental practice

  • Be highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Be comfortable working with computers and administrative software
  • Enjoy working as part of a team while also taking initiative independently
  • Have previous administrative, customer service, healthcare, or dental experience (considered an asset but not always required)
