Justice Worker - Lower Post, BC

The Justice Worker (Worker) is responsible for developing, coordinating, facilitating and overseeing ongoing support systems, which include community, personal and professional resources, to equip adult and young offenders to uphold their commitment to effectively change their behaviours and actions that result in conflict with community standards and Canadian laws.

As part of the Management Team, the Worker reports to the Management Team. The Worker also maintains communication with all staff and community members, funding agencies, and government justice programs.
