Nordique Fire Protection is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Crew Chief to lead a team in the inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. In this role, you will oversee crew operations to ensure safe and effective cleaning procedures in line with industry standards, promoting fire safety for our clients in the restaurant and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a crew in the inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems.

• Ensure adherence to fire safety and regulatory standards in all procedures.

• Perform thorough inspections and quality checks to maintain high safety standards.

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding service details and any follow-up needs.

• Document and report on each job, including any required maintenance or safety concerns.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial kitchen exhaust system cleaning or a similar field.

• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising a team.

• Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.

• Physical ability to handle equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces.

• A flexible schedule; this role requires overnight and/or weekend shifts, as most clients require services outside of regular business hours.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
