Overland Yukon is an adventure rental company specializing in Jeep Wranglers with rooftop tents and fully-equipped custom campervans. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service, sharing local travel expertise, and offering a seamless, comfortable experience that goes above and beyond.

We’re hiring a Customer Service Manger to lead the daily logistics, vehicle readiness, and behind-the-scenes operations that power our guest experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s organized, adaptable, mechanically inclined, and excited to help shape a growing adventure travel business. Some days may require just an hour or two of work, while others may be full days — we require you to be on-call and available every day to keep things running smoothly.

You'll work closely with our Management team to review the rental schedule, prep vehicles, and deliver a warm, confident orientation experience to each guest.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Prep & Guest Coordination

  • Manage daily pick-up and drop-off schedule

  • Greet guests and provide orientations (e.g. rooftop tent setup, camper van features, gear usage)

  • Review rental documents, damage waivers, and trip instructions with customers

  • Share your Yukon travel tips and ensure each guest feels ready and excited for their journey

Full Vehicle Cleaning & Gear Reset

  • Clean exterior: wash body, tires, rims, and undercarriage

  • Clean interior: vacuum floors/seats, wipe down dash, doors, windows, and all surfaces

  • Equipment: Wash and sanitize camping gear (plates, stoves, cups, utensils, etc).

  • Campervans:

    • Wipe down kitchen areas including sinks, coolers, countertops, and cabinets

    • Sanitize camp gear such as stoves, plates, cups, utensils, etc.

  • Ensure vehicles are spotless and fully stocked for next use

Maintenance & Logistics

  • Document vehicle mileage, damages, and coordinate any needed repairs

  • Schedule and oversee off-site or on-site servicing (tires, oil changes, interior fixes)

  • Move and organize vehicles around the city for pick-ups, drop-offs, or service

  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

  • Source supplies and restock materials as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-focused

  • Great with people — friendly, calm, and confident with guests

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Self-motivated and adaptable

  • Passionate about camping, road trips, and the outdoors

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving record

  • Experience cleaning or detailing vehicles is an asset but not mandatory

If you’re mechanically inclined or comfortable using tools for small repairs and fixes, that’s a big plus, although not required. We value problem solvers who can think on their feet and pitch in where needed.

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who

  • Loves wearing multiple hats and thrives in a dynamic role

  • Wants to be part of a growing company doing something meaningful

  • Enjoys creating memorable experiences for travelers

  • Can represent Overland Yukon with pride, professionalism, and enthusiasm
