Custodian, NOC 65312

Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and workspaces

- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, dusting, shampooing carpets as needed

- Emptying trash and recycling bins

- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap

- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor

- Following all company policies and procedures related to cleaning and sanitation

- Using heavy duty cleaning equipment like commercial vacuum and scrubber to clean debris and dirt off the floor and walls.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services of minimum 6 months.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

- Must be available to work on weekends/Public holidays. Open availability for emergency shifts is preferred.
