We are currently seeking a full-time, friendly, energetic, reliable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with jewellery purchases and repairs, while also performing a variety of daily store duties such as cleaning, restocking merchandise, and labelling products. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Job Duties
- Greet customers and inform them about promotional deals;
- Provide suggestions and information to customers on product selection;
- Lead customers through entire purchasing procedure and process cash out;
- Respond to and handle customer issues by using good judgements and logic in solving problems;
- Basic jewellery cleaning for customers;
- Daily stock replenishment;
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment;
- Apply and maintain correct labels on merchandise.
