Job Opportunity: Merchandiser/Delivery Driver
LOCATION: Whitehorse, YT
POSITION STATUS: Full Time, Permanent
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the management team of Whitehorse Beverages (WBD), the Warehouse Merchandiser/Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for building orders accurately for distribution throughout the territory. This position will also be responsible for coverage for the Delivery Driver position during times of absenteeism. NOC – 75201
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
- Basic handwriting and math skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external bodies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Must be able to repetitively lift & maneuver up to 60lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using warehouse equipment (forklift & power jack) considered an asset
- Cross cultural awareness
