Drywall helper (75110)

Experienced/Beginner drywall helper who will be ensuring to help the installer crew. The right candidate should have a strong construction background and be comfortable dealing with a variety of different tasks.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading construction materials and moving them to work areas.
• Assisting tradespersons (e.g., drywall installers) with tasks.
• Erecting and dismantling forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.
• Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Removing rubble and cleaning debris at construction sites.
• Operating or tending basic machines and equipment as directed.
• Helping with demolition, excavation, and fine grading.
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Performing other labouring or helper tasks as directed by supervisors. Work environment & demands:
• Physically demanding (lifting, standing, bending).
• Outdoor work and exposure to noise, dust, vibration, and weather conditions.
• Requires teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and ability to follow instructions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years deficiency experience in multi-residential construction.
• Must be able to commit to full time employment.
• Strong eye for detail, be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Able to work under minimal supervision
• Must be able to commute to and from job site.
