Key Responsibilities
Food Production: Lead the preparation, cooking, and packaging of authentic Kimchi and Korean meal kits while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Operations & Supply Management: Manage inventory, oversee packaging (barcoding/labeling), and coordinate deliveries to local retailers and markets.
Community Outreach & Marketing: Assist in promoting the brand within the Yukon community through local events, pop-ups, and partnership management.
🎯 Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Strongly Preferred: Experience in Korean culinary arts or professional food preparation.
Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Mindset: Proactive, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset. A true team player who is excited about building a brand from the ground up.
Language: Proficiency in English is required (for retail and client management); bilingual in Korean is a huge asset.
