TITLE: Data Entry Clerk- NOC 14111

REPORTS TO: Vice-President, Finance

STATUS: Permanent, Full - Time - 40 hours a week; Monday - Friday schedule.

RATE: 29.18 per hour to $34.14 per hour.

START DATE: ASAP

    Qualifications:

    • 1 - 2 years of experience.
    • Spanish speaking ability considered a strong asset.

    Job-Specific Duties:

    The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for supporting the Account Department in the data entry for all financial processing as follows:

    • All filing of documents and financial records
    • Coding and data entry of AP invoices
    • Pulling all invoices to be paid and getting approval by the VP of Finance, COO, or CFO for payment
    • Generating weekly cheque runs
    • Processing monthly cheque run
    • Data entry for AR invoices
    • Data entry of client payments
    • Supports payroll process with data entry
    • Data entry of month-end journal entries
    • Maintain spreadsheets for VISA and wire payments
    • Work with other departments to ensure that information is accurate
    • Assist AP/AR Clerk by responding to vendors and customers inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Any other duties as assigned by Management.
