Company Overview:

Metro Drilling is a provider of drilling services, specializing in geotechnical, environmental, exploration, etc. We seek a motivated and dependable Driller's Helper to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Driller's Helper assists the Driller in efficiently operating drilling equipment. This role involves manual labor, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the smooth execution of drilling operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and teardown of drilling rigs and related equipment.
• Prepare and organize drilling materials and supplies.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on drilling equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the Driller and other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Driller or Supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Tracked Skidsteer Experience
• Class 5 Driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.).
