JOB DESCRIPTION

You love sports and the outdoors. You can provide quality customer service at all times, with a prompt, courteous welcome and solid professional advice.

Duties include: assisting with merchandising, receiving, light housekeeping and most of all providing service and support to customers. This position requires experience with computer transactions.

Applicants must have availability weekends and weekdays.

Candidate must be in Canada.

PROFILE

We are looking for someone who has the passion to match the passion our customers have about all things sports and camping. Whether you're fresh out of school pursing your passion or you are semi retired looking for a job to keep you busy. We have the environment to thrive.

Full time, part time or seasonal applicants are all welcome.

  • Strong sales ability
  • Knowledge of camping, winter sports and a passion for the outdoors is desired.
  • Ability to handle cash and to operate our point-of-sale system
  • Merchandising and display skills a definite asset
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to professionally and safely demonstrate product to customers
  • Able to work without supervision

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Physical work: standing for long periods, moving merchandise from warehouse to store
  • Variable work schedule
