Motherly Housekeeping is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential homes
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists
- Ensure excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Assist with training and supporting team members as experience grows
Qualifications
We're willing to train the right person. Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
Successful applicants will have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb stairs
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
Schedule
- Part-time to full-time opportunities available
- Monday to Thursday, with occasional Fridays
- Typically between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Must be available at least 3 days per week, including Tuesdays
Compensation
- Training Period (6 weeks): $21/hour
- Probationary Period (3 months): $22/hour
- Permanent Position: $23/hour
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between client locations
