Event Staff – Casual Role

Shift Details
- June 5, 2026 | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre (Whitehorse, YT)
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible shifts available after this event
About the Role
You’ll help create a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. Tasks include:
- Event setup (including candles)
- Guest check-in & ticket scanning
- Ushering and seating
- Answering questions and guiding guests
- Managing guest flow during the event
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Customer service/event experience is a bonus
- Bonus (Not Required): Driver’s license + comfortable driving a U-Haul van/truck
