- Assist with the Operations of (planning, some scheduling and safety)
- Lift operations
- Snowmaking
- On hill operations
- Supervise labor crews (lifts, snowmaking and facility grounds)
- Coordinate with patrol on safety resources (fencing, bamboo and netting)
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Requisition supplies and materials
- Maintain financial and personnel records
- Ensure grounds are clean and maintained.
- Assist with training and performance checks for operations workers.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions from the general public.
- Assist in the deliverables of the sponsorship program, namely signage.
- Assist with day to day operations where needed.
- Coordinate hill events with other departments and event planning partners.
- Other duties may be required by Operations Manager.
- Assist with the Operations of (planning, some scheduling and safety)
Required skills:
- Demonstrated high level of French and English both written and spoken
- Min 1 years of previous ski hill work grounds supervision, preference given for operations
- Class 5 drivers license
35hrs/week, salary position
