Location: Whitehorse, Yukon

We’re looking for a highly experienced builder who’s ready to step into a leadership role.

This position is for someone who not only produces top-quality work — but can set the standard and train others to do the same.

The Role

You will lead by example on the production floor — building, assembling, and refining products while guiding a team of seasonal technicians.

• Perform all manufacturing work to a high, consistent standard
• Train and mentor seasonal staff to become skilled, capable builders
• Maintain strict quality control across all production
• Improve processes, efficiency, and build methods
• Take ownership of the final product leaving the shop

Who This Is For

• An experienced tradesperson or hands-on builder
• Someone who naturally leads, teaches, and raises the standard
• A person who values quality over shortcuts
• Ready to step up and grow into a management role
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility
