Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, lead by example on site, and contribute to delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of carpentry, including framing, forming, finishing, and renovations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Lead or assist in supervising labourers
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Leadership experience considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Wage based on experience.
