Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and learning new skills in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades on-site
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Support demolition, framing, and finishing work as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Safety tickets (WHMIS, First Aid, CSTS, etc.) are an asset but not required. Must be willing to obtain them.
Wage based on experience.
