Super Save Propane is seeking an individual that is the right fit to support our team and provide excellent Customer service and telephone etiquette. If you have a willingness to excel in a diverse role and want to grow with a dynamic team in a growing business.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Responsible for telephone, mail, and email inquiries
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain office supplies
- Develop, maintain and update office filing system
- Prepare and make bank deposits
- Prepare and run POS payments
- Scan daily tickets and email
- Take customer payments, cheques, credit cards and cash
- Other duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Work as a team & on your own
- Ability to balance a variety of tasks
- Eager to learn
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
- Must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Customer service 1 year (preferred)
