We are currently seeking Equipment Operators and Laborers to join our team. Job Description: As part of our operations team, Equipment Operators and Laborers will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to heavy equipment operation and site maintenance. We are looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, hardworking, and eager to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, and other machinery for various site operations.
  • Assist with site remediation, excavation, and other earth-moving tasks.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and site regulations.
  • Assist with general labor tasks such as moving materials, cleaning equipment, and preparing job sites for equipment use.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating heavy equipment in mining or construction environments is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate machinery safely and responsibly.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
  • Willingness to work in remote locations and adaptable to varying work conditions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as required.
  • Previous experience in mining or remediation projects is a strong asset.
