Alpine Veterinary Medical Centre is looking for a Inventory Clerk to expand our fun and energetic team! Our ideal candidate is a strong team player who is enthusiastic, professional, has excellent people and communication skills and has interest and experience with animals.

Job description:
- Reports to the Hospital Manager
- Check email – respond to non-medical enquiries as appropriate
- Restock pet food and treats in the reception area multiple times daily
- Ensure office supplies are inventoried and adequately stocked – add items to the clinic shopping list as needed.
- Assist the Inventory Manager with inventory counts 3-4 times annually
- Conduct an inventory report every quarter, and review it with an available manager
- Restock supplies in the treatment area`
- Coordinate item setup & ordering of new food, drug items as needed by Veterinarians & Veterinary Technicians
- Order, receive and put away food and drug orders. These are typically received 1-2 times per week
- Order, receive and put away special food order from clients
- Manage the online webstore (MyVetStore) orders – verify Rx, items
- Other related duties as required
Schedule
This is a full-time day shift position working 40 hours per week. Our clinic hours are Mon to Fri, 7:30am – 5:00pm with some shift flexibility. We are looking to fill three positions.
