Position: Food Counter Attendant

Job Location: 4211 4 Ave, Whitehorse, YT Y1A 1K2

Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk)

Salary: $20 - $21/hr

Duration: Permanent

Job Description/Duties:

 Take customers' orders.

 Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances.

 Cleaning of Kitchen, dining room and Washrooms.

 Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties.

 Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.

 Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used May receive payment for food items purchased.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Previous experience not mandatory but an asset

Language: English

Minimum Education: Secondary School

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced, must be able to work night shifts
