Custodian

Position Status: Part-Time

The position will include the following functions, but is not limited to:

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors.
• Gathers and empties trash.
• Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies bathroom facilities.
• Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment.
• Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers
  
• Manages inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Notifies managers regarding the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

Requirements:

• Similar experience preferred but not required.
• Take initiative.
• Able to work alone.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to lift upwards of 50lbs.

Wage will be dependent on experience.

Part time summer AND winter position. Training provided in June.

Summer: from end of June to early September, 2-3 times a week

Winter: everyday in November - Thursday to Sunday from December to April. Everyday during Christmas and Spring break
