We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time friendly, energetic, reliable and motivated sales associate to join our team. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include helping customers with jewellery purchases and repairs as well as various other tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and labeling.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

Previous experience in jewellery retail is preferred, but not required.

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and inform them about promotional deals;
  • Provide suggestions and information to customers on product selection;
  • Lead customers through entire purchasing procedure and process cash out;
  • Respond to and handle customer issues by using good judgements and logic in solving problems;
  • Basic jewellery cleaning for customers;
  • Daily stock replenishment;
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment;
  • Apply and maintain correct labels on merchandise.
