Specialized Cleaner (NOC 65311)
Gray Management Services provides high-end specialized cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, duct cleaning & window washing. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team! Applicant must have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and be a quick learner.

Specific Skills:
- Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces in residences and commercial buildings using hand tools and industrial vacuum cleaners.
- Operate cleaning machines to clean carpets, rugs and upholstered furniture on customers' premises or in carpet and upholstery cleaning establishments.
- Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces in low-rise and highrise buildings.
Cleaning Experience: Carpets/ rugs, upholstery, windows, pressure washing, as well as janitorial. We are willing to train the right applicant if they have cleaning experience.
Core competencies: Strong attention to detail, comfortable operating a variety of cleaning machines, troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, strong time management, customer service skills, and coordinating & instructing team members,
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Handling heavy loads, Physically
demanding, Repetitive tasks.
35-40 hours per week, may include evening and weekends. Must be flexible on scheduling.
Experience: 7 months to 1 year in a specialized cleaning position, including duct cleaning, carpet cleaning and window cleaning.
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
Must have own vehicle and drivers license.
Must be able to pass criminal record check.
