Subway - Food Counter Attendant 65201

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following food safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems to process orders and payments
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining space
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks in a dynamic setting

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Experience in food handling or food service industry
