Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or establishment. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of pricing and promotional strategies. Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules. Resolve customer complaints. Oversee all front desk operations, including working front desk shifts. Conduct meetings and coordinate with other department heads to ensure proper communication for maximum profit and productivity.

Education: Masters Degree in Business and Hotel Management

Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years working in a Boutique Hotel and other Luxury Hotels.

Knowledge of Chinese and Japanese an asset.

Wage: $21.15 an hour
