Board Member needed for Yukon Registered Nurses Association The Yukon registered Nurses Association (YRNA)is the regulatory body and professional association for registered nurses in the Yukon. YRNA is responsible for establishing and promoting standards of practice for registered nurses, for regulating nursing practice and for advancing professional excellence. YRNA speaks out on health care issues, advocating for the development of healthy public policy in the interest of the public. Individuals interested in serving on the Board of Directors are welcome to submit a letter of interest outlining previous experience and strengths you will bring to this position. Interested in Becoming an Underground Miner?
The YMTA, in partnership with Alexco Keno Hill Mining Corporation, is accepting applications for the upcoming Underground Mine Training Course. A combination of both classroom and hands-on training, this course will provide trainees with the necessary skills to start a career in underground mining. Starts Mid January 2010. (4) 2-week training periods. Location: Alexco's Mining Camp in Elsa, Yukon. YMTA is accepting resumes now. Please note seats are limited and applicants may be required to undergo a selection process. Construction 42135 Yukon Inc. is a wholly owned construction company of the Kwanlin Dun First Nation (KDFN) and is located in Whitehorse, Yukon. 42135 has a mandate to generate profits for the KDFN and provide employment and job-training opportunities for its members.
